Tax Preparer
Kent is a Licensed Tax Preparer at Kern & Thompson, LLC, and provides tax services for not-for-profit organizations.
Kent has broad work experience. Prior to joining Kern & Thompson, he was CEO/CFO for an environmental firm, served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Tanzania, and worked as a bookkeeper for a computer consultant
Kent earned a MS degree in geology from Western Michigan University. He also holds a BA degree in history from Michigan State University.
He spends much of his free time digging in his garden and enjoys hiking in the Cascades and attending live theater productions.
